Special for schools: fill in yourself<\/h3>\n

It is recommended to add the information from your own situation. Fill in the names and contact details of your partnership tailored education, internal support coordinator or care coordinator, youth help at school, attendance officer, confidential advisor, youth health care, and client support. Also fill in your own details at the top of the overview.<\/p>\n

This makes the information in the overview more concrete. You offer parents better information. After filling in the details, you can save the document. You can then use it for your website, school guide, or partnership tailored education. If something changes in your situation, just fill in the overview again and use the new version.
