The bill \u2018Strengthening the position of parents and students in Tailored Education\u2019 improves support for parents and students in Tailored Education in some areas. It does not solve the core problems.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step in the right direction, but\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For a better position of students, learning rights (development rights) are needed. As long as legally secured learning rights and inclusive education are not the starting point, every law change is not enough to fundamentally change the position of parents and children. We see this law change as a step in the right direction but hope there will be a quick follow-up. This is the core of our response to the internet consultation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our recommendations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The bill offers an improvement of the position of parents and youth in Tailored Education, but for the desired, good and equal position more is needed, namely learning rights and full hearing rights.<\/p>\n
