What is a parent and youth support point?<\/h3>\n

Parent and youth support points were set up to help parents and students with questions about tailored education. This can include help finding the right school or questions about proper guidance or referral. If the support point cannot answer your question, they help you find where you can turn. The parent and youth support points work with, for example, the municipality and the Education Consultants. Parent and youth support points are organized by the Partnership Tailored Education, but work independently. Evaluations show that many parents find it hard to find their way in the tailored education system. That is why a website was made where all parent and youth support points can be found on a map. Within two clicks, you find the parent and youth support point in your region. Enter your town or school name and the type of education and find the matching parent and youth support point immediately. Improvement of tailored education needed<\/h3>\n

Many parents get lost when their child deals with \u2018tailored education\u2019. For years, we have tried to make things better for parents. One improvement is to make sure parents can get independent help in their own region. We are happy that parent and youth support points are mandatory from this year.
