Ouders &#038; Onderwijs has 18 employees and is located in Utrecht. Ouders &#038; Onderwijs has a governance model with a supervisory board, a managing director, and a school participation council. The supervisory board acts as a focus group for the board and can give advice both when asked and on its own initiative. The supervisory board meets at least four times a year. The supervisory board works with an audit committee and a nomination and remuneration committee. The new member of the supervisory board also becomes a member of the audit committee.<\/p>\n<h3>Profile<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Legal and financial knowledge;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of and affinity with education and the position of parents in this;<\/li>\n<li>Political, social, and strategic insight;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant network with public and private organizations;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to have a helicopter view of the field and stakeholders of Ouders &#038; Onderwijs;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with a supervisory role in social organizations;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to give constructive critical feedback on the board&#8217;s and organization\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ouders &#038; Onderwijs is an ANBI organization.
