If there is no conversation, or the talks do not result in a good solution, Balans considers starting a lawsuit.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Why does Balans send this letter?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">According to Balans, the government does not sufficiently provide the conditions needed to give every child access to tailored education. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Various policies have been implemented and laws changed, but according to the organization, the number of children completely or partially excluded from education has not decreased. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Balans therefore concludes that the current approach does not sufficiently solve the underlying causes.
