For some children, (regular) education at a school location is not possible. Or it is better socially, mentally, or physically for the child to have lessons outside the building. Then remote education can be a possible solution.

Digital remote education is a solution for children who cannot (temporarily) attend lessons in a classroom. But the possibilities of remote education threatened to be forgotten after the corona pandemic.
