Open the door to distance learning!.
Corona is over, remote education too, it seems. Yet, this must remain available for many children at home. For example, children with a vulnerable health, including long covid, but also children who cannot or might not attend school physically for other reasons. Marieke Boon-Mens, theme advisor Tailored Education at Ouders & Onderwijs, talks about this in OOMagazine.
Connection With School And Class
Digital remote education may not be ideal, but it can help children and young people who otherwise get no education. A mix with physical education can also be possible. Digital remote education can be seen as one way to get a tailored education offer for those pupils. This way, they stay connected with the school and classmates.
Remote Education Development
For remote education to grow, we need each other: parents, pupils, schools, Partnership Tailored Education, government, and all others who work for pupils. So let’s work together to make sure pupils who (often) don’t go to school now or in the future can use remote education, at home or elsewhere.
