Will you come to the Malieveld on March 15?.

On 15 March, Lobke Vlaming, director of Ouders & Onderwijs, will go to Malieveld to raise attention for the teacher shortage. Will you come too?

On 15 March, I will go to Malieveld to raise attention for the teacher shortage.

If we do nothing, the teacher shortage will grow to 5000 full-time jobs in 5 years. This means 5000 empty classes at any time of the week. Even now, school leaders, teachers, parents, and children notice the problems daily. Teachers have high work pressure, overcrowded classes, overloaded school leaders, and children are sent home. The current plans are not enough to solve the problem. Our children have the right to good education, so more must be done.

My goal? To raise attention for the teacher shortage. Just like the initiative from parents in the Zaan region.

Together, we show that parents stand up for good education for their children. I also want to support the protesting education staff. Because: ”Children learn the best from happy teachers”.
