What to do if it is not going well at school?.

Finding your way when your child is not doing well at school can be a maze for many parents. To help parents, Ouders & Onderwijs made an overview infographic. It shows at a glance the steps parents can take and which organizations they can contact.

Infographic

The infographic below gives insight into the different support routes. Parents with their child are central in this. It helps parents find their way more easily through many options. Parents who have questions about using the infographic can contact our advice point (088-6050101 or vraag@oudersenonderwijs.nl).

Especially for schools: fill in yourself

It is recommended to complete the overview with your own data. Fill in the names and contact details of the partnership tailored education, internal support coordinator or care coordinator, youth help at school, attendance officer, confidant, youth health care, and client support. Also fill in your own details at the top of the overview.

This makes the information more concrete. You give parents better information. After filling the details, you can save the document. You can use it on your website, school guide, or partnership tailored education. If things change in your situation, just fill in the overview again and use the new version. If needed, you can do this as many times as you want for free.
