What about the test policy at school?.

3 February 2021 News

Primary schools will open again from Monday, but there is still much unclear about the conditions. What we do know is that parents are not required to have their children tested.

If a student in a class gets infected with corona, then all students in that class go into quarantine. This quarantine lasts five days. Students can get tested, but that is not required. Children cannot be tested without explicit permission from the parents. Those who then test negative can go back to school physically. Students who do not get tested stay in quarantine for five more days. During quarantine days, students follow distance learning. The standard rules still apply. For example, housemates of the children and teacher who go into quarantine do not have to stay home.

Uncertainty

Not everything is clear yet. We do not have answers everywhere yet. We hope that during this week all conditions to let children go to school will become clear. Then we will report about it on our website.
